During the winter of 2000, Mike Richard, owner and operator of Top-Edge Roofing & Exteriors, started a career in the roofing trade. Mike spent several years working for a local roofing contractor where he gained experience, knowledge and outstanding roofing skills. Mike later became a sub contractor for a international roofing company, specializing in aluminum shingles. As a contrator for this company, Mike has travelled and worked across the Atlantic provinces and also in Quebec. Mike later returned to work for local contractors as the travelling was just too much.
Mike also has exceptional experience in customer service. Having gained experience in; call centers, management for big box gas/convience stores, satellite installations, exteriors technician and as a previous business owner, this has provided the opportunity for him to extend his knowledge and capabilities in providing excellent customer service. His clients/customers have always been top priority and always will be.
